Robyn Lofton, B.S., BC-HIS
Robyn Lofton, B.S., BC-HIS, is the Co-Founder and Lead Practitioner of Copper Sky Hearing & Tinnitus. As a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist with more than 20 years of experience, she is dedicated to helping people reconnect with the conversations, relationships, and moments that matter most through personalized hearing and tinnitus care.
Robyn has extensive experience in hearing loss treatment and advanced hearing technology, with a special passion for tinnitus management. She has completed advanced training in Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT) and is a certified Lenire provider, allowing her to offer comprehensive, evidence-based treatment options for patients living with tinnitus.
She believes exceptional hearing healthcare begins by listening to each patient’s story. Every recommendation is tailored to each individual’s hearing, lifestyle, communication needs, and personal goals because no two patients are exactly alike.
As someone who also lives with tinnitus, Robyn understands firsthand the frustration, anxiety, and uncertainty it can bring. That personal perspective, combined with years of clinical experience, allows her to connect with patients on a deeper level while guiding them toward evidence-based treatment solutions.
Outside the office, Robyn enjoys spending time with her husband, Lionel. Together, they love traveling, adding to her ever-growing LEGO collection, and spending time with their tiny Parti Yorkie, Rella, who has become a favorite among many of their patients.

Lionel Lofton
Lionel Lofton is the Co-Founder and Director of Operations at Copper Sky Hearing & Tinnitus. His passion is creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through the door, ensuring each visit is welcoming, comfortable, and centered around compassionate care.
Lionel believes hearing healthcare is about far more than technology. It’s about restoring confidence, strengthening relationships, and helping people stay connected to the people and experiences they love. He works behind the scenes to ensure every aspect of the practice reflects that philosophy, from patient service to daily operations.
Patients appreciate Lionel’s warm personality, genuine kindness, and commitment to making every visit a positive one. He believes trust, empathy, and outstanding service are the foundation of exceptional healthcare.
Outside the office, Lionel enjoys spending time with his wife, Robyn. Together, they love traveling, spending time with their tiny Parti Yorkie, Rella, and supporting each other’s dreams, even if that means finding room for one more LEGO set. When he’s not cheering Robyn on, you’ll likely find him cheering on the Vegas Golden Knights.

Dr. Shelby McCann, Au.D., CCC-A
Dr. Shelby McCann, Au.D., CCC-A, is a licensed Doctor of Audiology dedicated to helping patients hear better, communicate more confidently, and improve their overall quality of life. She believes every patient deserves personalized care that is built around their unique hearing needs and goals.
Dr. Shelby provides comprehensive hearing evaluations, advanced diagnostic testing, hearing aid services, and tinnitus care using evidence based best practices and the latest technology. She enjoys helping patients understand their hearing and empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
Known for her warm and approachable personality, Dr. Shelby takes time to listen, answer questions, and ensure every patient feels comfortable throughout the evaluation process. She believes the best outcomes come from education, collaboration, and building lasting relationships with her patients.
Outside the office, Dr. Shelby treasures time with her husband and their two children, Matthew and Madelyn. Whether they’re exploring new places, staying active, or cheering on the Vegas Golden Knights, family time is always at the center of their adventures.

Alice Penny Lilly, BC-HIS
Penny Lilly is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist who is passionate about helping people reconnect with the sounds and relationships that matter most. A Las Vegas native, Penny has dedicated her career to improving the lives of individuals with hearing loss through personalized hearing healthcare and compassionate patient care.
After graduating from college in 2016, Penny began working in the hearing healthcare field and quickly discovered her passion for helping patients experience the life changing benefits of better hearing. She enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients and takes pride in guiding them through every step of their hearing journey.
Known for her patience, empathy, and attentive listening skills, Penny believes that every patient deserves to be heard and understood. Her favorite part of her work is seeing how improved hearing can strengthen communication with family and friends and enhance overall quality of life.
Throughout her career, Penny has helped develop training programs for new team members and remains committed to providing exceptional care to every patient she serves. Her guiding philosophy is simple: always listen to the patient.
When she’s not helping patients, Penny enjoys sewing and crafting, cheering on the Vegas Golden Knights, spending time with her Shichon, DC, and supporting causes that give back to veterans.
